10-track re-issue of this cult classic from Canadian thrash metal act Infernäl Mäjesty. This release is complemented by a brand-new interview with vocalist Chris Bailey who provides in-depth insight into the creation of one of the most enduring underground thrash albums of all time. Originally released in 1987 via Roadrunner Records, 'None Shall Defy' drew instant attention from the emerging thrash scene, intrigued by the band's use of occult and Satanic themes and the level of musicianship and intricacy. With the Toronto scene already producing high quality bands like Razor, Anvil and Exciter, the band rode the wave of a new interest in Canadian metal acts. Originally formed under the name Overlord, the band recorded a single demo before getting signed. 'None Shall Defy' was ultimately the only album the band recorded for Roadrunner, but they have issued sporadic releases over the years and toured with high profile bands like Cannibal Corpse and Dark Funeral.
