Neben dem 15 Tracks umfassenden Originalalbum (remastert auf zwei LPs) enthält die Deluxe-Edition das Album All The Rest (10 Songs aus den ursprünglichen Wildflowers-Sessions), eine Doppel-LP mit 15 Solo-Demos, die Petty in seinem Heimstudio aufgenommen hat, sowie eine weitere Doppel-LP mit 14 Live-Versionen von Wildflowers-Songs aus den Jahren 1995 - 2017. Zur Deluxe-Ausstattung gehören ein 60-seitiges Buch, ein Vorwort von Rick Rubin (dem ursprünglichen Produzenten), ein Essay von David Fricke, ein vollständiger Track-by-Track-Kommentar sowie seltene Fotos und eigens angefertigte Illustrationen.
