WALKING TO THE BEATS - LOVE TOGETHER

On September 18, 2022, Takahashi Yukihiro's 50th anniversary live concert 'LOVE TOGETHER Love is Everything' (NHK Hall, Tokyo) was held. Takahashi Yukihiro himself was unable to appear due to health issues, but the heartfelt performance of all the performers left a great impression on the audience. The theme song of this performance, 'LOVE TOGETHER', written by Hiroshi Takano, who served as the musical director of the live, and produced with Takahashi's close friends, was released digitally prior to the performance. It will now be released as an analog 7-inch single. In addition to Takano, the recording members are Haruomi Hosono, Hirohisa Horie, Tomohiko Gondo, Kazuya Oi, and Smooth Ace with SOTARO. The main vocals are sung by four people, Hiroshi Takano, Keiichi Suzuki, Miu Sakamoto, and Taeko Onuki, in a luxurious relay. The artist name 'WALKING TO THE BEATS' is taken from the title of Takahashi's song 'Walking To The Beat.' The B-side will feature a live recording of the song from September 18, 2022. This work is filled with deep respect for Takahashi Yukihiro, who has continued to walk uncharted waters and has had a major impact on the music scene both in Japan and overseas with his long and diverse activities.
