Here are two dozen cracking uptempo examples of West Coast R&B by some of the best names of the early-mid 50s, almost all of which were produced, in his famous home studio, by the great Jake Porter. Hard to pick a highlight when there are so many, but collectors will be especially delighted with the recently-discovered alternate take of Gene & Eunice's R&B classic 'Ko Ko Mo', not to mention the considerable number of previously unissued performances and songs.
