Processing times
- In stock — dispatched as soon as your payment clears. Availability is shown on every product page.
- Sourced to order — 5 to 30 business days from payment.
- PRE-ORDER titles — shipped within 10–15 days of the official release date. Release dates are set by the label and may change for reasons beyond our control.
- Titles imported from the USA — delivery may take a few business days longer (transatlantic transit and customs clearance). Imported titles are marked in the product description.
After placing an order, watch for the automatic status e-mails. Placing an order is an expression of intent to buy (an offer); the distance sales contract is concluded when you receive the message "Current status: ready to ship".
General promotion rules
- Promotions do not apply to items already discounted or to pre-order titles.
- To use a promotion, enter the current discount code in the "Discount code" field in the cart — the system applies the discount automatically. Purchases require a registered account (remember to click the confirmation link sent by e-mail; check your spam folder).
- Promotional orders accept immediate payment only — unpaid orders are cancelled after 2 hours and cannot be restored. Refunds for orders unfulfilled through the buyer's fault are reduced by the payment provider's fee.
- Incorrect address data will also result in cancellation, with a refund under rule 3.
- Promotions apply in our online shop only.
- For promotional titles and Record Store Day releases a limit of 1 copy per title per customer applies (unless the promotion states otherwise). Orders with a higher quantity are cancelled in full.
- The shop reserves the right to block accounts that repeatedly break these Terms and/or promotion rules.
Photos and product descriptions
Product and sleeve images (mock-ups) and descriptions come from manufacturer and distributor catalogues — the final product may differ in detail. We do not accept returns or exchanges of coloured vinyl based on a colour mismatch with a photo or description. If the description does not mention the colour of a pressing, the distributor does not provide that information (usually meaning a standard black pressing).
Descriptions, images and prices shown do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code (art. 66) and are an invitation to conclude a contract of sale. The contract is concluded when the order is accepted, i.e. when the parcel is prepared.

Uncollected orders
Orders not collected by the buyer are cancelled, and 100% of the payment covers storage costs, without right of objection, after 60 days from the date the carrier returned the shipment.
