Estimated delivery times are shown on every product page. After ordering, follow the automatic e-mails sent at each status change.
Times may change due to unplanned release date shifts and/or delays on the distributor's or label's side.
Placing an order is an expression of intent to buy (an offer). The distance sales contract is concluded when you receive our e-mail "Current status: ready to ship".
Orders are accepted from registered and logged-in customers only. Registration requires e-mail confirmation (check your spam folder if the confirmation link does not arrive).
Pre-orders and US imports
- Pre-orders ship within 10–15 days of the release date. Release dates are set by labels and may change — we notify you by e-mail of any change.
- Titles imported from the USA (marked in the product description) may take a few business days longer due to transatlantic transit and customs clearance.
Record Store Day releases
- Because of the nature of these releases, RSD titles accept immediate payment only — unpaid orders are cancelled after two hours.
- A limit of one copy of each title per person applies — orders with a higher quantity are cancelled in full.
- Incorrect address data also results in cancellation.
