BLACKMORE'S NIGHT - SHADOW OF THE MOON (25TH ANNIVERSARY)

Blackmore's Night were founded in 1997 by legendary guitarist Ritchie Blackmore and award-winning lyricist and vocalist Candice Night, to stage their mutual love for traditional medieval and folk-rock music. The band's debut album 'Shadow of the Moon' (1997) features mainly acoustic instrumental music, influenced by the songs of the middle ages and the renaissance, but in it's timelessness fits perfectly into the modern times. The 25th anniversary edition of 'Shadow of the Moon' features a fully remixed version of the original album with a completely refreshed artwork. Also included are two previously unreleased acoustic songs: 'Spirit of the Sea' and 'Shadow of the Moon', both recorded in an intimate home session by Candice and Ritchie.
