Scope and purposes of processing

1. By placing an order, the buyer consents to their personal data being stored in the GlobalVinylMarket.com database and processed for the purpose of performing the contract. Providing the data and consenting to its processing are necessary to fulfil the order. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate data.
2. We process the following data: first name, surname, address, e-mail address and phone number, for the purpose of:
   • creating a customer account and/or fulfilling an order; address and billing data are necessary to perform sales contracts and may be shared with partners such as courier companies or accounting services,
   • sending marketing offers and commercial information electronically (registered customers; registration also constitutes consent to processing for marketing purposes).
3. Personal data is protected against access by third parties.
4. Data is not stored longer than required by law (tax, warranty and guarantee obligations).

Your rights

Every buyer has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing and transfer it. After registering you can change and update your data yourself and withdraw marketing consent by writing to biuro@globalvinylmarket.com.
